I’m a PhD candidate in philosophy (Centre for Medieval Studies) at the University of Toronto, where I’m a Faculty of Arts and Science Top (FAST) Fellow, a recipient of the Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS-D), and the winner of the 2022 ACPQ Rising Scholar essay prize.
I received my MA in theology from the University of Toronto in 2018, and a BA in philosophy (theology minor) from Christendom College in 2008.
I will be defending my dissertation on Thomas Aquinas’ philosophy of memory in the spring of 2023.
Outside of academia, I am a proud father, an incurable gardener of a garden that somehow continues to grow every year, a keeper of bees, brewer of beer, singer, piano player, writer of poetry/fiction, occasional martial artist, runner, powerlifter and general life enthusiast.
